Dear Clients,
This message is to inform you of several policy updates that will take effect November 1st, 2025, regarding supervised visitation and exchange services. Please review the following changes carefully:
Updated Rates and Payment Policies
- Supervised exchange rate: $50 per hour
- Travel fees: Unchanged
- Payment deadline: All visits must now be paid in full at least 24 hours in advance
- Payment reminders:
- An email will be sent 72 hours before your scheduled visit outlining the total amount due
- A reminder email will be sent 48 hours before the visit
- If payment is not received 24 hours in advance, the visit will be cancelled by the supervisor, and it will be the client’s responsibility to arrange an alternative supervised visitation provider
- Accepted payment methods:
- Credit card payments will now be accepted as of November 1, 2025. (subject to a $5 user fee)
- E-transfers are still accepted
- Cash payments will no longer be accepted
No-Show and Cancellation Policy
- If the client does not attend the visit, the supervisor will wait 15 minutes. After that time, an email or text message will be sent to both parents notifying them that the supervisor has left.
- First no-show: A charge of 25% of the total visit fee, plus the full travel fee will be charged.
- Second no-show: The full visit fee and full travel fee will be charged.
- Cancellations: If the parent being supervised needs to cancel for any reason, 24 hours’ notice is required.
- Visits cancelled without 24 hours’ notice are subject to the cancelation fees listed above.
Optional “No-Report” Visits
- Parents being supervised now have the option to request visits without a checklist or summary report.
- These visits will not have notes taken and no court report can later be generated from them.
- Please speak directly with the supervised visitation provider for more details.
Body Camera Policy
- Body cameras may be used at the discretion of the supervisor.
- Both parents will be notified in advance if a body camera will be used during a visit.
- The purpose of body camera use is to support accuracy and accountability, particularly in situations where there are concerns about the events of a visit or the supervisor’s records.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as these updates take effect.
