We are pleased to announce that Tobi Taylor Stoeff Q. Med has been accepted to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of British Columbia roster of arbitrators. 

This designation allows her to arbitrate civil matters with a value of up to $1 million, showcasing a recognized standard of professionalism, fairness, and expertise in dispute resolution. This milestone enhances her ability to provide clients with efficient, cost-effective mediation services as a valuable alternative to litigation. 

Tobi Taylor Stoeff is a qualified mediator and arbitrator serving the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. With a strong background in family law and investigations, Tobi brings over four years of hands-on experience to her conflict resolution practice. She is a proud member of both ADRIC BC and Mediate BC, and is committed to providing fair, respectful, and solution-focused services.

Tobi focuses her practice in the areas of strata, construction, civil, and family law. She offers mediation and arbitration services tailored to the unique needs of each client and situation. In addition, she provides supervised visitation and supervised exchange services in a limited capacity.

Known for her clear communication and thorough approach, Tobi draws on her investigative background and strong report writing skills to support clients in resolving disputes effectively. Most services are conveniently offered virtually, making them accessible and flexible for individuals and organizations across the region.

Outside of her professional work, Tobi enjoys staying active through yoga, walking, hiking, golfing, and a lively game of dodgeball.
