Tobi Taylor Stoeff Q. Arb, Q. Med

Tobi Taylor Stoeff is the founder of Evergreen Mediation and Conflict Resolution Services and a qualified mediator and arbitrator serving clients throughout British Columbia. She is a Qualified Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator through the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada (ADRIC) and is a member of Family Mediation Canada (FMC) and Mediate BC.

With a background in legal services, personal injury, criminal justice, and vocational education, Tobi brings a broad range of professional experience to her dispute resolution practice.

She provides mediation and arbitration services in family, civil, , strata, and other disputes, as well as Hear the Child reports and supervised access services.

Tobi takes a practical, professional, and respectful approach to conflict resolution. Her goal is to provide a fair and structured process where people can be heard, difficult issues can be addressed, and practical solutions can be found.
