Tobi Taylor Stoeff is the founder of Evergreen Mediation and Conflict Resolution Services (MCRS) and a qualified mediator and arbitrator serving clients throughout British Columbia. She holds qualifications through the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada (ADRIC) and is a member of both Family Mediation Canada (FMC) and Mediate BC.

With a rich background in legal services, personal injury, criminal justice, and vocational education, Tobi brings a diverse range of professional experience to her conflict resolution practice, focusing on community support. 

She offers mediation and arbitration services in family, civil, strata, and various other disputes, alongside Hear the Child reports and supervised access services.

Taking a practical, professional, and respectful approach to conflict resolution, Tobi aims to provide a fair and structured process where individuals can be heard, challenging issues can be addressed, and practical solutions can be discovered.
